Electronic Records Consent

This Electronic Records Consent explains how Carvero Auto Care LLC d/b/a Avero Mobile Auto Care ("Avero") provides legally required records to you electronically, and your rights regarding those records. It applies to records such as your Repair Authorization and Estimate, approved Change Orders, itemized invoices, and written warranties.

1. Your Consent to Electronic Records

By affirmatively agreeing to this Electronic Records Consent, you agree that Avero may provide these records to you electronically, at the email address and/or customer portal associated with your account, instead of on paper. You confirm that you are able to access and retain records provided in these formats.

2. Your Right to Paper Copies

You have the right to receive any of these records on paper. To request a paper copy, contact us using the information below. We will provide paper copies at no charge.

3. Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive records electronically at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal takes effect within a reasonable time after we receive your request and applies going forward only; it does not affect the validity of records already provided electronically. Withdrawing consent does not cancel a service you have already authorized.

4. Scope of Your Consent

Your consent applies to the service- and account-related records described above for your current and future transactions with Avero, until you withdraw it.

5. Keeping Your Contact Information Current

You are responsible for keeping your email address and contact information current in your account so that we can deliver electronic records to you. You can update your information in your customer portal or by contacting us.

6. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic records, you need: a device with internet access; a current web browser; a valid email account; the ability to view and save PDF documents; and sufficient storage or a printer to retain copies. If our requirements change in a way that creates a material risk that you cannot access records, we will notify you and give you the right to withdraw consent without charge.
